About Me

I grew up in Colombia, a beautiful country in South America. When I was ten years old, I moved to Canada with my family and embarked on a new journey of learning different traditions, languages, and cultures. Innately drawn to the feeling evoked by interior spaces, I began to adapt rooms for close relatives at home that embodied their values, personalities, and lifestyle. While transforming small home spaces, I became aware of how strong the connection between an individual and their surrounding built environment could impact happy and healthy living. As a current fourth-year student in the Bachelor of Interior Design, I am grateful to be part of a field that unknowingly, for many years, helped me build relationships with a diverse group of people and allowed me to express myself by creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
